Prior to forming BroadVail, Mr. Zorich spent four years with Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) in the real estate investment banking division, most recently as an executive vice president. In this role, Mr. Zorich was responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing domestic asset-level joint ventures. In addition to co-managing JLL’s joint venture equity placement team, Mr. Zorich was also very active in partial-interest sales of trophy assets and portfolios across the U.S.
From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Zorich worked at CBRE Capital Markets (“CBRE”) as an investment associate. During his time at JLL and CBRE, two of the leading global CRE service providers, Mr. Zorich successfully advised owner clients across the U.S. on numerous debt and equity transactions across all asset classes.
He is a founding member and one of three managing partners of the BTZ fund series, two small private equity funds focused on passive investments in CRE assets across the U.S.
Mr. Zorich earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in real estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
